About Memorial Villages Campus
Kelsey-Seybold’s Memorial Villages Campus offers convenient primary and specialty care for adults and children in the West Houston area. The clinic is located on the north side of I-10 Frontage Road West, at the corner of Campbell Road.
Patients have access to comprehensive on-site services as well as an extensive referral network for Kelsey-Seybold specialists at neighboring clinics, including Tanglewood, Memorial City, Greater Heights, and the new 22,500-square-foot Westchase Clinic, which opened in Fall 2022.
Welcoming New Patients and Accepting Most Health Insurance Plans
Our Memorial Villages campus is welcoming new patients and accepts more than 50 health insurance plans, including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and UnitedHealthcare. Kelsey-Seybold Clinic is also in-network with the following Medicare Advantage Plans: KelseyCare Advantage, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare and WellCare. - Kelsey-Seybold Clinic was named the nation’s first accredited Accountable Care Organization (ACO) in 2013 by the prestigious National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA).
- The NCQA also designated Kelsey-Seybold as a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH).
- Kelsey-Seybold received the maximum three-year accreditation by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC) for providing high-quality care and services consistent with AAAHC standards.

Patients can conduct an on-demand Video Visit 7 days a week until 9 p.m. If you are having COVID-19 related symptoms, please take an at-home COVID-19 test prior to conducting a virtual or in-person visit to expedite diagnosis and treatment.
