Which plans are accepted at Kelsey-Seybold?
Kelsey-Seybold Clinic is contracted with several Medicare Advantage plans in the Houston area. Please see the full list of plans below. If a plan is not listed, Kelsey-Seybold Clinic does not accept that plan (even on an out-of-network basis). However, if you are interested in gaining access to Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, depending on the time of year and your situation, you may be able to change your plan to a plan that is accepted at Kelsey.
- The Annual Enrollment Period begins October 15 of each year and ends on December 7
- The Medicare Advantage Open Enrollment period begins January 1 and ends March 31 (this period allows you to change from one Medicare Advantage plan to another)
- Special Enrollment Periods - Visit Medicare's website to see if you qualify for Special Enrollment Periods
Kelsey-Seybold does not accept traditional Medicare (with or without a supplement).
