Each Concierge Health member receives a comprehensive annual health exam in an exclusive and elegant suite. More than a conventional primary care visit, this is an in-depth health assessment of your current condition, medical history, nutrition, lifestyle, and health goals.

During your visit, your Concierge physician will:

Review all available test results with you

Address health risks and any concerns you may have

Discuss follow-up testing that may be needed

Perform a through physical exam

Answer your questions

Begin a lasting partnership with you to manage your ongoing health needs

Kelsey Specialty Consults: Expedited Access to Kelsey-Seybold Specialists in 65+ Medical Specialties

Kelsey Specialty Consults are included in your annual membership and offer two convenient ways to access expert specialty care.

The first option is a no-cost e-Consult, initiated by your Concierge Health physician. Your physician securely shares your medical information and test results with a Kelsey-Seybold specialist, who reviews your case and provides treatment recommendations. Your personal Concierge Health physician then continues to coordinate and manage your care.

If at any point an in-person specialty visit is needed, your Concierge Health team guarantees scheduling an appointment for you within three business days. With access to Kelsey-Seybold specialists across more than 65 medical specialties, you can feel confident knowing expert care is always within reach.
