Sometimes your health care provider will recommend routine lab tests such as blood work, urinalysis, or other common diagnostic screenings to help monitor your health and catch potential issues early. These tests are typically quick, convenient, and essential for managing chronic conditions or assessing overall wellness.

An order from a doctor—usually your primary care physician—is required to access lab services. Once the order has been issued, patients may visit any Kelsey-Seybold lab location during regular hours at a time that works with their schedule—no need for a separate appointment.

Our labs are staffed by experienced professionals using advanced technology to ensure reliable diagnostics. Need a lab test and pressed for time? Not a problem! Our new Laboratory by Appointment Service will get you in and out of the lab as quickly as possible.

Ask your doctor's nurse to preschedule your lab appointment - or do it yourself if you're enrolled in MyKelseyOnline, our secure patient portal.

It's easy:

  • Log into MyKelseyOnline
  • Click "Schedule an Appointment"
  • Select "Primary Care" → "Other Medical Services" → "Lab" → Continue
  • Confirm your doctor has ordered the lab tests
    • If no tests were ordered, schedule a primary care visit first
  • Choose your preferred location(s)
  • Select from available appointment times
  • Note: You must have doctor-ordered lab tests in order to schedule. Without them, you'll need to see a provider first.
