After Hours and Weekend Care

When you need a Kelsey-Seybold provider after 5 p.m. during the weekdays, or on weekends or holidays, you have several choices:

1. After-Hours Nurse Hotline: Call our After-Hours Nurse hotline at 713-442-0427 after regular office hours and on weekends and holidays. A Kelsey-Seybold After-Hours nurse will answer your questions, page the physician on call if necessary or schedule a virtual care appointment with one of our providers.
2. Schedule a Video Visit: Video Visits are available with a board-certified Kelsey-Seybold provider Mon. - Fri. 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. and on Sat., Sun. and holidays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.  Video Visits can treat more than 50 conditions.
3. Conduct an E-visit : Available Mon. – Fri. until 9 p.m. and Sat. & Sun. 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. E-visits are exclusively for KelseyCare Aetna, KelseyCare Powered by Cigna, and KelseyCare Advantage health plan members. E-visits can treat more than 20 acute or sick care conditions. E-visits are conducted by a board-certified Kelsey-Seybold provider who has access to your medical record and can update your primary care physician. You can start an E-visit by logging into your MyKelseyOnline account and selecting “Start an E-visit.”
