At the time of your Virtual Urgent Care visit, if your Kelsey-Seybold treating provider believes an in-person visit is needed, they will assist you in scheduling that appointment and putting in any lab or other orders to ensure an expedited care experience. If the follow-up visit is related to symptoms or conditions you were seeing the Virtual Urgent Care provider for your co-pay will be waived for your follow up in-person visit. Applicable lab or diagnostic charges may apply.

Hours for On-Demand Pediatric Video Visits:
Mon. – Fri. from 7 am - 9 pm
Saturdays 9 am to 2 pm
Sundays 10am to 2pm
