Kelsey-Seybold Clinic Announces New Springwoods Village Campus on North Grand Parkway

New campus will offer residents more convenient access to primary and specialty care, an ambulatory surgery center and an infusion center.

HOUSTON (SEPTEMBER 12, 2022) - Kelsey-Seybold Clinic announced plans today for a 165,000-square-foot campus with primary and specialty care services, an ambulatory surgery center and a cancer center serving patients in in the north Harris and south Montgomery County areas. The Kelsey-Seybold Springwoods Village Campus will be located in City Place at 2340 N. Grand Parkway in Spring, TX, near I-45.

“This new campus provides northern residents more convenient access to primary and specialty care with enhanced coordination by our clinical and support staff,” said Tony Lin, M.D., chairman and chief executive officer, Kelsey-Seybold Clinic. “Our teams are passionate about the care they provide and look forward to serving the Harris and Montgomery County communities.”

In the summer of 2023, Springwoods Village Campus will open with a new five-story clinic and over 30 providers offering medical services in a variety of specialties. At full capacity, the campus will accommodate 55 physicians with additional land reserved for future expansion. The ambulatory surgery center will open in the fall of 2023 and expand access to surgical care to the region with five operating rooms, four endoscopy suites and one procedure room to support interventional pain management and interventional radiology services.

Patients will have access to comprehensive adult and pediatric primary care, as well as a full complement of specialties including Audiology, Cardiology, Dermatology, Endocrinology, ENT, Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Hematology/Oncology, Mohs Surgery, Infectious Disease, Neurology, Ophthalmology, Optometry, Orthopedics, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R), Plastic Surgery, Pulmonology, Rheumatology and Urology. The full-service medical campus will also offer ancillary services, including an on-site Kelsey Pharmacy, laboratory, infusion, and diagnostic imaging services, including MRI, CT, mammography, DEXA, ultrasound, X-ray, and nuclear medicine imaging.

The new Kelsey-Seybold Springwoods Village Campus was designed by Kirksey Architects. Gamma Construction is the general contractor for this project.
