Tana Nieto, MD, earned her Doctor of Medicine from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston in 2021. She completed her Family Medicine residency at the Conroe Family Medicine Residency Program in 2024, where she served as chief resident. Dr. Nieto was inspired to become a physician by her grandmother, who selflessly cared for her family and community, instilling in her the values of compassion and the importance of treating everyone like family.
Dr. Nieto has experience in treating a wide range of conditions in Family Medicine and has clinical interests in preventive health, women’s health, and diabetes management. Her experience has strengthened her belief in working closely with patients and offering a collaborative approach to healthcare.
Dr. Nieto’s philosophy of care is based on collaboration. She provides patients with the information they need about their health and treatment options and encourages them to make informed decisions. She believes healthcare is a partnership that adapts as patient needs change.
In her spare time, Dr. Nieto enjoys playing volleyball, running, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her family and friends.
