​​​​​​HealthSelect of Texas administered by BCBSTX for the Employees Retirement System of Texas (ERS)​

Great news! Kelsey-Seybold participates in the HealthSelect network administered by BCBSTX.

You are able to access Kelsey-Seybold physicians and services within the HealthSelect network if you:

1. Have a Kelsey-Seybold physician selected as your PCP
2. Live or work in the service area defined by ERS – Harris, Montgomery, Fort Bend, Brazoria, Galveston, Waller, Austin, Chambers, Liberty, San Jacinto and Walker counties.

When a Kelsey-Seybold provider is assigned as your PCP, you receive your care at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic. If you receive services from providers who are not associated with Kelsey-Seybold without your PCP’s authorization, those services are considered out-of-network. Costs associated with any out-of-network services will be higher, even if the provider is in the BCBSTX HealthSelect network.

You can change your PCP anytime by calling a BCBSTX Personal Health Assistant toll-free at (800) 252-8039. Personal Health Assistants are available Monday-Friday 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. CT and Saturday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. CT.
