Pediatric Primary Care

Many symptoms and conditions can be treated effectively through virtual care, including allergies, colds, flu, pink eye, digestive issues, insect bites, acne, anxiety, bladder infections, and other acute, nonemergency medical needs.

Video Visits 

Children from birth to 17 years can have a Video Visit with a Kelsey-Seybold primary care pediatrician. 

  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • After Hours: Saturday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. 
  • Cost: Your cost for a Video Visit is based on your specific benefit plan.  
  • Who can do a Video Visit?: Any new or current Kelsey-Seybold Clinic patient can do a Video Visit. You'll need to enroll in MyKelseyOnline patient portal. Call our 24/7 Contact Center at 713-442-0427 for assistance.

We are increasing in-person appointment availability at our Clinic locations and strongly recommend if your child is due for a vaccine or critical exam that their care not be delayed. Please refer to well-child checkup recommendations below for guidance on in-person check-ups during your child's first year. If your child is sick and experiencing any of the following (fever, diarrhea, cough, or nasal symptoms), please schedule a Video Visit first.

KelseyCare health plan members 3 to 17 years old can conduct an E-visit with a Kelsey-Seybold Pediatrician for 20 acute medical conditions.  

  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Cost:  If you are not in a Kelsey health plan, there is a $25 charge at the time of service. We will file with your claim with your insurance provider. You're responsible for any remaining balance after your insurance plan processes the claim.
  • Who can do an E-visit for NON-COVID-19 symptoms?: KelseyCare Aetna and KelseyCare Powered by Cigna health plan members.
