In-Person Appointments: Call our 24/7 Contact Center at 713-442-0427 to schedule an appointment with a Primary Care doctor, Pediatrician or Specialist at a Clinic location near you. Video Visits: Children and adults can have a same-day or next-day Video Visit with Kelsey-Seybold primary care providers and pediatricians. 

• Weekday Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• After Hours Sick Care: Adults: Mon. – Fri., 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.; Sat., Sun., and holidays: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.  Pediatrics: Sat., Sun., and holidays 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• Cost: The cost for a Video Visit is based on your specific benefit plan.
• Who: Any new or current Kelsey-Seybold Clinic patient can do a Video Visit. You'll need to enroll in the secure MyKelseyOnline patient portal. Call our 24/7 Contact Center at 713-442-0427 for assistance.
