Every parent knows kids go to the doctor a lot, whether it's for a virus they caught in school, an allergic reaction, or even minor injuries. Kelsey-Seybold Pediatric Virtual Care can help busy parents get their kids the care they need for minor issues. It is a great option for diagnosis and treatment of allergies, colds, flu, COVID-19, pink eye, skin concerns/rashes, and other non-emergency medical concerns that don't require seeing a doctor in-person.
Pediatric Virtual Care is delivered by Kelsey-Seybold board-certified Pediatricians and are available for new and current patients from birth to 17 years of age.
E-Visits are available for patients 2 to 17 years of age, but eligibility for an E-Visit depends on your child's health plan coverage.
Important Proxy Access Information
Your child will need to be connected to a MyKelseyOnline account to obtain pediatric virtual care. If your child is 13 or older, they can sign up for their own MyKelseyOnline account. Any child younger than 13 must be connected to their parent or legal guardian's account, which requires Proxy Access.
To request Proxy Access, sign in to your MyKelseyOnline account. If you don't have one, sign up online or through the MyKelsey app. Then, from the menu select "Request Child Proxy Access Form," and complete and submit the form. This will allow you to not only schedule pediatric virtual care appointments for your child, but to also manage your child's electronic medical record.
Note: It can take up to 10 business days for Proxy Access to be approved.
