Kelsey-Seybold Clinic Operations Update

Update to Winter Weather Operations

Monday, January 26, 2026

Based on improving weather conditions, all Kelsey-Seybold Clinic locations except Huntsville Clinic will be open for regular business hours on Monday, Jan. 26. Beginning at 5 p.m. today, patients may begin to schedule appointments for tomorrow, Monday, Jan. 26. Some services may be limited due to staffing.

Cancer Center services including infusion and radiation therapy will remain closed for in-person treatments on Monday, Jan. 26.

Our priority is ensuring patients can receive the care they need. Patients whose appointments were rescheduled due to the weather may keep their newly scheduled appointment or they are welcome to call their clinic to reschedule an in-person visit if that better meets their needs.

Patients whose appointments were converted to a Virtual Visit will remain with no change. Patients are welcome to call the Patient Access Center 713-442-0000 if they are interested in converting their appointment back to in-person (subject to provider in-person availability on Monday).

If you need to be seen, our care teams are available and can help schedule a new in-person appointment for Monday.

Virtual Care also remains available from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. for On-demand Video Visits for adults (18+) and from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. for children (0-17).

VideoVisitNOW (VVN) On-Demand Video Visits

Have a Video Visit with a Kelsey-Seybold provider – with an average wait time of 20 minutes or less. This is a great option for more urgent care needs and illnesses.

Patients can reschedule their appointments through their MyKelseyOnline/MyKelsey app portal, or by calling 713-442-0000. Wait times may be longer than normal due to the higher volume of calls.

Tuesday, January 27: At this time, all Kelsey-Seybold Clinic locations are scheduled to open for normal business hours on Tuesday. We will continue to monitor weather and road conditions should anything change.
