Scheduled Video Visits for Adult Care

Scheduling an appointment for a Video Visit is similar to scheduling an in-person doctor's office visit, but you get the care you need without ever leaving home. Virtual Video Visit appointments are available for adult primary care needs, including treatment of cold, flu, and COVID-19 symptoms, and adult specialty care needs, such as the management of chronic conditions, including diabetes. They're also ideal for follow-up visits that don't require seeing your provider face to face.

Unlike on-demand Video Visits, you can choose which provider you see. The cost for a Video Visit is the same as your in-office Primary Care or Specialty Care copay. You can schedule an appointment any time, but visits only take place during Video Visit hours.

Appointment-Based Video Visit Hours

Monday - Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
(Primary and Specialty Care)

Weekends and holidays: 10 am to 4 pm

Primary Care

Follow these steps to schedule an appointment-based adult primary care Video Visit:

1. Log in or sign up for MyKelseyOnline online or through the MyKelsey app.
2. Choose "Schedule an Appointment."
3. Choose "Primary Care."
4. Choose "Video Visit - Primary Care."
5. Select a reason for your visit.
6. Select your provider.
7. Choose your appointment date and time.
8. Schedule your appointment. If you'd prefer an earlier appointment but one isn't available, you have the option of joining a wait list. You'll be notified when an appointment opens up.
