Scheduled Video Visits for Adult Care
Scheduled Video Visit appointments are available for adult primary care needs, including treatment of cold, flu, stomach, and other acute symptoms. Adult Specialty Video Visits are also a convenient option for patients needing follow up care, or the ongoing management of chronic conditions.
Unlike on-demand Video Visits (VideoVisitNOW), with scheduled Video Visits, you choose the provider you want to see at a date and time convenient to you. The cost for a Video Visit is the same as your in-office Primary Care or Specialty Care copay. Scheduled Video Visits are Monday – Friday 8 am to 5 pm.

Primary Care
Follow these steps to schedule an appointment-based adult primary care Video Visit:
- Log in or sign up for MyKelseyOnline online or through the MyKelsey app.
- Choose "Schedule an Appointment."
- Choose "Primary Care."
- Choose "Video Visit - Primary Care."
- Select a reason for your visit.
- Select your provider.
- Choose your appointment date and time.
- Schedule your appointment. If you'd prefer an earlier appointment but one isn't available, you have the option of joining a wait list. You'll be notified when an appointment opens up.
Specialty Care
Follow these steps to schedule an appointment-based adult specialty care Video Visit:
- Log in or sign up for MyKelseyOnline online or through the MyKelsey app.
- Choose "Schedule an Appointment."
- Choose "Specialty Care."
- Choose "Video Visit - Specialty Care."
- Select the specialty you need.
- Select the condition that best applies to you.
- Select your provider.
- Choose your appointment date and time.
- Schedule your appointment. If you'd prefer an earlier appointment but one is unavailable, you have the option of joining a wait list. You'll be notified when an appointment opens up.
