VideoVisitNOW is open to all patients 18 years and older and is accessed through their secure MyKelseyOnline account of the MyKelsey App.

If you don’t have a MyKelseyOnline account – create one now! It’s your secure health portal that allows you to schedule appointments, see test results, send messages to your doctor, and access Virtual Care options.

Once you've signed in, simply select VideoVisitNOW from your home screen or from the Menu option. You will be prompted to answer a few questions and pay your co-pay before the Video Visit begins. Average wait time to see a provider is 30 minutes or less.

VideoVisitNOW can address more than 50 medical conditions including many urgent care, non-emergency symptoms. VideoVisitNOW is on-demand so you will be seen by the next available Kelsey-Seybold provider (not your regular primary care physician) who will assess your care needs and provide a treatment plan, including sending prescriptions to your pharmacy of choice.

VideoVisitNOW is the same cost as your primary care co-pay office visit. This information will vary by individual insurance plan, and most health insurance ID cards include the co-pay responsibility.

If you are enrolled in a health insurance plan that is in-network with Kelsey-Seybold Clinic your insurance would cover a Video Visit. Kelsey-Seybold is in-network with most major health insurance plans including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana, UnitedHealthcare, KelseyCare Health Plans, KelseyCare Advantage, and 25 Medicare Advantage Plans.
