If you’re traveling outside of the United States, you’ll need to see a Travel Medicine specialist. To make an appointment at one of our Kelsey-Seybold locations offering Travel Medicine, please log in to MyKelseyOnline and schedule an appointment, or call us at 713-442-TRIP (8747). To save time please download, print and bring our Travel Medicine Questionnaire to your appointment.

Remember to book your appointment a month or two before your trip because some immunizations take time to become fully effective.
