When your child isn’t feeling well, getting care should be simple. Kelsey On-Demand Pediatric Care offers quick, convenient access to trusted Kelsey-Seybold pediatric providers for many common childhood illnesses and concerns—without the need for a scheduled appointment.
Whether it's a fever, cough, rash, pink eye, stomach upset, or another minor illness, you can connect with a pediatric provider from the comfort of home through an on-demand Video Visit. Open to both new and existing patients, Kelsey On-Demand Pediatric Care helps families get the care they need – right away – and when they need it most.

How It Works
Step 1
Log into MyKelseyOnline
Log into your MyKelseyOnline account, and select your child dependent. If you or your child do not have an MKO account, sign up now – it’s free and easy to get started!
Your child will need to be connected to their parent or legal guardian’s MKO account to obtain pediatric virtual care. To connect their account, select “Request Child Proxy Access Form,” from the MKO menu and complete and submit the form. You may also call the MKO Help Line at 713-442-6565 for assistance.
Step 2
Select Kelsey On-Demand
On the main menu, select Kelsey On-Demand option and follow the prompts, including selecting the reason for your child’s visit. Once completed, select “Put me in line.” The estimated wait time to see a doctor will be provided and is typically 20 minutes or less.
Step 3
Complete Check-in and Connect With a Pediatrician!
With Kelsey On-Demand you have the option to have your prescription delivered to you or sent to the pharmacy of your choice.
Virtual Care is open to new and current patients located in the state of Texas at time of visit. Virtual Care should not be used for life-or-limb emergencies, or critical conditions that require immediate emergency care. In the event of any life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room for care.
