Dr. Yang Zhou completed his Bachelor of Arts in Biology at the University of Texas at Austin in 2012. He went on to complete his medical degree at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston in 2016, where he also completed his residency in Internal Medicine in 2019 and his fellowship in Hematology and Oncology in 2023. Dr. Zhou served as Chief Fellow during the final year of his fellowship.
Dr. Zhou believes each patient is unique and therefore each treatment plan should be individualized in conjunction with the standard of care practices. He enjoys forming long-term relationships with his patients and assisting them through any challenges they may face. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and joined Kelsey-Seybold in July 2023.
Dr. Zhou is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology and American Society of Hematology.
Dr. Zhou enjoys staying active physically and mentally with exercise and puzzles. He also enjoys cooking, traveling, and learning new skills.
