Sidney A. Davis, AuD, is an audiologist who earned her Bachelor of Science in communication sciences and disorders at the University of Mississippi in Oxford in 2017. She went on to earn her Doctor of Audiology degree at the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg in 2020. Sidney joined Kelsey-Seybold’s Audiology department in January 2026.
The field of Audiology allows Sidney to combine science and diagnostics while building meaningful relationships with patients and helping them regain clarity in their communication. For people experiencing hearing loss and tinnitus, she conducts a full range of audiologic services, including hearing evaluations, fittings for hearing aids and other assistive technology, aural rehabilitation, and more. Sidney’s favorite part of being in Audiology is having the opportunity to help her patients communicate and connect with the world around them. Knowing that she can help others hear things they have missed out on, better understand their conditions, and feel validated is incredibly rewarding to her.
Philosophy of Care
Sidney understands that hearing can affect relationships, confidence, and quality of life, so she listens to understand each patient’s unique concerns, goals, and daily listening environments, taking the time to get to know what matters most to them. She then focuses on clear communication, evidence-based recommendations, patient education, and making sure her patients feel informed and supported throughout their care.
Hobbies & Interests
Outside of work, Sidney likes to stay active at the gym and with recreational sports. Along with traveling to new places, she also finds that spending time with friends and family helps her recharge and maintain balance.
Sidney is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
