Parul Sinha, MD, earned her medical degree at Patna Medical College in Patna, India, before relocating to the U.S. to further her post-graduate training. In St. Louis, Missouri, she completed her internship and Otolaryngology residency at Washington University School of Medicine in 2021. Dr. Sinha then came to the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston to complete a fellowship in facial plastic surgery in 2022. Board certified in otolaryngology head and neck surgery, Dr. Sinha is bilingual in English and Hindi and joined Kelsey-Seybold in October 2025.

For Dr. Sinha, caring for patients as a physician has been a lifelong dream. She manages a broad range of ear, nose, and throat conditions, including ear infections, sinusitis, allergic rhinitis, tonsillitis, sleep apnea, tinnitus, and more. Her clinical interests include performing nasal surgery to improve breathing function and appearance. What Dr. Sinha loves most about caring for patients is the feeling of being able to help them in their moments of need.

Philosophy of Care

Dr. Sinha makes her patients feel cared for and supported by listening intently and working to build strong patient-physician relationships through trust and communication.

Hobbies & Interests

In her free time, Dr. Sinha enjoys taking road trips, going for long walks, and binge watching her favorite shows — but most of all, she loves spending time with her daughter.
