Nicole always knew she wanted to work in healthcare — to help others, build relationships with patients, and make a positive impact on their lives. She treats a variety of orthopedic conditions, including arthritis, sports injuries, fractures, joint pain, and back pain. Nicole’s clinical interests include management of osteoarthritis, orthopedic trauma, sports-related injuries, and pre- and post-operative care. She has a particular interest in patient education and helping individuals understand their conditions, treatment options, and recovery process, whether pursuing conservative or surgical care. Nicole finds that helping her patients improve their function, overcome challenges, and return to the activities they enjoy is incredibly rewarding, and she loves seeing the positive impact on her patients’ lives.

Philosophy of Care

Nicole believes every patient deserves to feel heard and understood, so she takes the time to listen compassionately to each patient’s concerns and goals, explains their diagnosis and treatment options, and partners with them to create personalized plans that help them return to the activities they enjoy and improve their quality of life. With a commitment to communicating openly and honestly, she strives to ensure every patient feels informed, respected, and involved in their care decisions.
