Kaleb Douglas Lambeth, MD, graduated with his Doctor of Medicine degree from the McGovern Medical School at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth) in 2018. He then went on to Baltimore, Maryland, where he completed his residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital in 2021. From there, Dr. Lambeth completed two fellowships at the Texas Heart Institute in Houston - one in Cardiovascular Disease in 2024 and one in Cardiac Electrophysiology in 2026. Board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in both cardiovascular disease and Internal Medicine, He joined Kelsey-Seybold as an interventional cardiologist in July 2026.

As a child, Dr. Lambeth was fascinated by how treatment from his own doctor could make him feel better - and he pursued medicine to have the opportunity to make other people feel better. As an interventional cardiologist, he specializes in seeing patients who have heart rhythm abnormalities such as palpitations accompanied by dizziness, lightheadedness, and fainting. He also sees patients diagnosed with atrial fibrillation or atrial flutter. Dr. Lambeth specializes in patients who have slow heart rates and need pacemakers, patients who might need a defibrillator to protect against sudden cardiac death, and implantable cardiac lead removal. His favorite aspect of practicing medicine is making patients feel better however he can - whether through a procedure or just reassurance.

Philosophy of Care

To provide patient-centered care, Dr. Lambeth thoroughly discusses diagnoses and treatments with his patients to engage his patents as partners in medical decision making. His philosophy is that the patient is the captain of their own ship, and his role as their physician is to be their navigational guide.
