Education & Board Certification
Justin Sailo, DO, completed his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree at the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth in 2021. After graduation, he relocated to Tulsa, Oklahoma, to complete the In His Image Family Medicine Residency program in 2024. Board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, Dr. Sailo joined Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in August 2025 and is trilingual in English, Burmese, and Spanish.
After watching videos recounting stories of missionary doctors around the world, Dr. Sailo was inspired to become a physician to live out his faith in caring for others. As a Family Medicine physician, he provides primary care for all ages, including well checks, immunizations, sick care for acute injuries and illness, and management for chronic conditions. Dr. Sailo is especially interested in preventive health, addiction medicine, obesity medicine, and minor in-office procedures. He genuinely enjoys the variety of medicine and the way it challenges him to always keep learning and growing in his medical knowledge and practice. However, his favorite part of practicing medicine is the opportunity to create long-lasting relationships with patients.
Philosophy of Care
Dr. Sailo gets to know his patients, building connections to establish a trusting patient-provider relationship and to enable him to better treat the whole person: mind, body, and spirit. He considers himself a partner in his patients’ health — guiding, educating, encouraging, and empowering them to reach their healthcare goals. Dr. Sailo also truly believes that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure, so he focuses on preventive care with all his patients.
Hobbies & Interests
In his free time, Dr. Sailo’s hobbies include fishing, cycling, and soccer, as well as spending time with his wife and children, extended families, and friends. He also enjoys participating in his family’s local church congregation.
