After earning her medical degree from The University of Texas School of Medicine in San Antonio, Jennifer Art-Lang Lai, M.D., completed her pediatric internship and residency at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston.

Dr. Lai is a member of the Texas Medical Association and Harris County Medical Society.

Hobbies and Int​​erests

In her spare time, Dr. Lai enjoys baking, traveling, trying new restaurants, going to professional basketball games, playing board games and spending time with family and friends.

Fun F​​​acts

Dr. Lai's favorite dessert is ice cream! Her favorite books are “The Hunger Games” and “The Great Gatsby.” Here favorite TV cartoon is "Rugrats.” As a young girl, she loved playing with her Barbie dolls and pretend house and school. ​​

​I'm​ a strong advocate of promoting health and wellness to patients, especially in the pediatric population. I want to make a difference and have a strong impact on my patients’ lives.
