Professional Background
Dr. Jeffrey Smith earned his medical degree in 2015 at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. He completed his internship and residency in Family Medicine at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Tyler in 2016 and 2018, respectively. From 2016 to 2018, Dr. Smith was an Emergency Medicine physician at Texas Spine and Joint. From 2018 to 2019, he worked as a Family Medicine physician at Deer Park Family Clinic. He joined Kelsey-Seybold’s Family Medicine department in July 2019.
Dr. Smith is involved in community service and currently serves as a volunteer lighting director at Antioch Community Church and plays drums in a church worship band.
