Erin Munoz, MS, PA-C, earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, graduating with high honors in 2010. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in microbiology from the University of Texas at Austin, where she was awarded highest honors in 2008. Erin joined Kelsey-Seybold’s Family Medicine department as an experienced certified physician assistant in October 2025.
Erin’s pediatrician inspired her to pursue a career in the medical field, which enables her to share her compassion for others. She sees patients of all ages, partnering with them to improve their health with well checks, care for acute illness, and management of chronic health conditions such as diabetes mellitus, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia. She can also perform in-office procedures such as skin tag removal, suture removal, and more. Erin’s clinical interests center on keeping her patients healthy — which is her favorite aspect of patient care.
Philosophy of Care
Erin builds trust by getting to know her patients and what is most important to them so that she can work with them in improving their health. She also believes in the philosophy to “do no harm” and treats her patients as whole individuals, respecting their physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual needs.
Hobbies & Interests
Aside from caring for patients, Erin most enjoys reading and spending time with her husband and two boys.
