COVID-19 Symptoms and Virtual Visit Options
COVID-19 symptoms can include:

- Loss of taste or smell

- Difficulty breathing or shortness of breath
- Nausea, diarrhea, or vomiting

COVID-19 Video Visits
During the Video Visit, a provider will screen you for COVID-19 and, if needed, will let you know how to get tested for COVID-19, or will send prescriptions to the pharmacy of your choice.
You can schedule an E-visit for a COVID-19 screening whether you’re a Kelsey-Seybold patient or not. An E-visit is a confidential online exchange with a Kelsey-Seybold provider. Answer some questions about your symptoms and a provider will contact you with a diagnosis and further care instructions within an hour.
Your Kelsey-Seybold provider may direct you to get a COVID-19 test, which can be done at one of our clinic testing sites. Video Visit and E-visit costs don’t include the price for COVID-19 testing. COVID-19 tests for those with possible COVID-19 symptoms are typically covered by insurance or available at no cost to the patient.
For those needing a COVID-19 test and are not experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, we offer a discounted cash price of $117 plus $19.50 for specimen collection and handling for COVID-19 testing at our clinics.
