COVID-19 Symptoms and Virtual Visit Options
COVID-19 symptoms can include:
- Dry cough
- Upper respiratory infection/illness
- Fever and/or chills
- Sore throat
- Aches and pains
- Difficulty breathing or shortness of breath
- Nausea, diarrhea, or vomiting
On-demand Virtual care is available 365 days a year – evenings, weekends, and holidays. If you are experiencing any of these symptoms, Kelsey-Seybold Clinic offers several on-demand virtual care options.
Conduct an on-demand Video Visit with a Kelsey-Seybold provider who has access to your health history and medical record. Take your at-home COVID test kit and connect in real time with the next available Kelsey-Seybold provider. The wait time to see a provider averages 20 minutes or less. Your provider can send prescriptions to a Kelsey Pharmacy for delivery to your home or a pharmacy of your choice. Get started by logging into your MyKelsey app or MyKelseyOnline account.
Get a response from a Kelsey-Seybold provider in an hour or less. Answer a few questions about your symptoms (we encourage you to take a COVID test if you are experiencing covid-related symptoms) and in about an hour, you will receive a treatment plan, including prescriptions sent to a Kelsey Pharmacy for delivery to your home or a pharmacy of your choice.
When COVID positive cases are on the rise in the community, we recommend patients have at least one self-testing kit per family member on hand should they start to experience any possible COVID related symptoms.
If symptomatic, patients should take a COVID at-home test prior to seeking virtual or in-person care. This will help expedite a treatment plan and any prescriptions needed when you see your provider.
