Tauseef Ur Rehman, MD, is a triple board-certified hematologist and oncologist who attended Aga Khan University in Pakistan, graduating with his medical degree in 2007. Following a relocation to Minneapolis, Minnesota, he completed his Internal Medicine residency training at Hennepin County Medical Center in 2012. After caring for patients as a hospitalist and internist for over a decade, Dr. Rehman completed an Oncology and Hematology fellowship in 2024 at Memorial Healthcare System in Hollywood, Florida, serving as chief fellow his final year. He joined Kelsey-Seybold in October 2025.

When it comes to practicing as an oncologist and hematologist, Dr. Rehman loves the combination of the intellectual challenge and the science of medicine. He treats patients with a broad range of benign or malignant blood disorders as well as cancers, personalizing evidence-based treatment plans to his patients’ unique needs. Aside from helping patients in their moments of need, Dr. Rehman most enjoys exploring innovative treatments and molecular studies to manage cancers and solve medical puzzles for his patients.

Philosophy of Care

Dr. Rehman approaches his patients from a place of honesty, using open communication and active listening to work with them in making decisions together. He strives to give the best quality care to his patients using the latest evidence and research.

Hobbies & Interests

In his spare time, Dr. Rehman loves biking, traveling, and trying out new restaurants.
