Tam Phan, MD, MBA, completed her Bachelor of Science in biochemistry in 2011 at the University of Texas at Austin. She went on to complete her Master of Business Administration at the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University in 2014, prior to completing her medical degree in 2016 at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. She completed her Pediatrics residency through the McGovern Medical School at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth) in 2019. Prior to joining Kelsey-Seybold in September 2019, Dr. Phan worked at Texas Children’s Pediatrics and Topcare Medical Group.

Board certified in Pediatrics, Dr. Phan is fluent in English and Vietnamese. She treats children of all ages, from newborns to 18 years old, for routine checkups, acute sick visits, and maintenance of chronic conditions. Her clinical interests include fighting childhood obesity. She wants all children to grow up with the opportunity to grow up being healthy and avoid chronic health conditions related to obesity.
