She also holds a Bachelor of Science in biology from Arizona State University in Tempe. Bringing more than 20 years of clinical experience with her, Stephanie joined Kelsey-Seybold as a certified Internal Medicine physician assistant in July 2025.
Stephanie was inspired by her grandmother, Anna Penson, to pursue healthcare as a career in which she can show compassion to others and lead with integrity. Committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care, she sees adults patients for primary preventive care and sick care. Stephanie combines patient education and evidence-based medicine to help patients manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hyperlipidemia, obesity, cardiovascular disorders, arthritis, digestive issues, thyroid disorders, and dermatological disorders. Her favorite part of patient care is getting to help others and play a role in saving lives.
Philosophy of Care
Stephanie listens to her patients and communicates openly to provide supportive, holistic care that supports their physical and mental well-being and respects their needs, goals, and preferences. She values all of her patients’ unique worth, individuality, and privacy and empowers them to make their own healthcare decisions.
