He previously earned a Bachelor of Science in biology, graduating cum laude at the University of Texas at Brownsville. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Ndukaku joined Kelsey-Seybold in January 2026 as a board-certified physician assistant, providing primary care in Family Medicine and Internal Medicine.

Ndukaku’s career choice was inspired by his service as a combat lifesaver in the military. Now, as a physician assistant, he makes a difference in the lives of patients every day by providing comprehensive, high-quality primary care for all ages. In addition to well care, Ndukaku evaluates and treats chronic conditions such as hypertension and diabetes, as well as more complex conditions like autoimmune, gastrointestinal, neurologic, cardiovascular, and multisystem conditions. He also cares for acute concerns like infections and injuries. His clinical interests center on optimizing therapy, addressing barriers to care, and partnering with patients to improve long-term outcomes. While building meaningful relationships with his patients, Ndukaku finds it particularly rewarding to see patients achieve better control of their conditions, gain confidence in managing their health, and experience an improvement in their quality of life.

Philosophy of Care

With respect and empathy, Ndukaku takes the time to listen closely and understand his patients’ concerns and goals before providing thorough, thoughtful evaluations and tailored care. With a patient-centered and collaborative approach, he also involves them in shared decision making to help them to achieve their goals.
