To My Patients:
If you haven’t met my physician assistant, I’d like to introduce you to Kristen Garner. Read my letter here.

Professional Background

After graduating from Universidad del Valle in Cali, Colombia, Dr. Espitia completed his internship and residency at Baylor College of Medicine in 2005. In 2014, he earned his Master of Medical Management from Carnegie Mellon University.

Professional Associations

Dr. Espitia is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, American Board of Family Medicine, American Medical Association, and Harris County Medical Society.

Hobbies and Interests

When not caring for patients, Dr. Espitia enjoys traveling abroad, running and spending time with his family and two daughters.

Fun Facts

The most interesting place Dr. Espitia has visited is China. His favorite musical group is Depeche Mode. If he could spend a day with any celebrity he'd choose Jerry Seinfeld. His favorite historical figure is Abraham Lincoln.

I believe the patient-physician relationship is a partnership and should be based on mutual respect.
