Farzana Farishta, PA-C, is a physician assistant specializing in Otolaryngology, or Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT). She earned her Bachelor of Science in health science studies at Baylor University, graduating in 2016. Farzana then went on to the University of Texas Medical Branch School of Medicine in Galveston, earning her Master in Physician Assistant Studies in 2019. She joined Kelsey-Seybold’s Otolaryngology department in September 2024.
Farzana was inspired to join the medical field by her trips to the doctor’s office or hospital as a child, admiring her care teams’ dedication to making her feel better. She strives to treat her patients with the utmost respect and care, listening to their concerns and providing education on their problems so that they can work together in creating a treatment plan. Farzana treats various ENT-related conditions such as sinusitis, nosebleeds, hearing loss, ear infections, hoarseness, reflux, and more. She also enjoys performing procedures in office such as scoping, cerumen removal, and nasal cautery. Farzana’s favorite aspect of practicing medicine is being a part of a team whose ultimate goal is optimal patient care.
