Chelsea Therrien, MD, FACP, is a board-certified internist who attended the University of Texas Medical Branch School of Medicine at Galveston, earning her degree in 2016. She completed her internship and Internal Medicine residency at the University of Oklahoma College of Community Medicine in Tulsa in 2019. Dr. Therrien joined Kelsey-Seybold’s medical staff in January 2026.
By practicing medicine, Dr. Therrien combines her love of helping people with her passion for science. As an internist, she provides primary care for adults from age 18 through advanced age, offering preventive care and immunizations as well as diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions such as PCOS, diabetes, hypertension, and more. Dr. Therrien’s favorite part of practicing medicine is working with people and helping them achieve their goals.
Philosophy of Care
Dr. Therrien builds relationships with her patients by nurturing strong communication so that she can best personalize treatment plans to their needs, conditions, and goals. She also approaches each patient as a whole individual, taking into account their mental, social, emotional, and physical well-being.
