Chandni Lotwala, MD, pursued her medical degree at Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, graduating in 2021. She then headed to Freehold, New Jersey, where she completed her internship and residency at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School – CentraState Healthcare System in 2024. Dr. Lotwala relocated to Houston, Texas, to complete a Hospice and Palliative Medicine fellowship in 2025 at University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth) and joined Kelsey-Seybold in July 2025.
As a board-certified Family Medicine physician, Dr. Lotwala strives to emulate the compassion and kindness shown by her own childhood pediatrician who readily answered questions and provided valuable health education to her and her family. Dr. Lotwala sees patients of all ages, treating conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, common colds, and much more. She also provides well care such as regular checkups, immunizations, and school physicals. Dr. Lotwala is particularly interested in women’s health and palliative medicine. As she works to ensure she treats her patients the way she would want to be treated, Dr. Lotwala most enjoys helping her patients enhance wellness and reach their goals for a healthier lifestyle.

Dr. Lotwala believes in listening to her patients with empathy as she addresses any questions and concerns they have, working with her patients to create treatment plans together. She treats each patient with kindness while providing holistic, personalized care that empowers them to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.
Hobbies & Interests
In her free time, Dr. Lotwala loves cooking, baking, and taking long walks in the park.
