Anaid Hernandez-Sanchez, MD, is an internist who attended the Universidad Autonoma de Aguascalientes in Aguascalientes, Mexico, earning her medical degree in 2008. She relocated to Miami Beach, Florida, to complete her Internal Medicine residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center Miami Beach in 2017. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Dr. Hernandez-Sanchez joined Kelsey-Seybold as a board-certified internist in September 2025.
Dr. Hernandez-Sanchez loves that her profession allows her to help others. As an Internal Medicine physician, she provides primary care to adult patients, including preventive care and routine physicals as well as sick care for acute and chronic conditions. These include diabetes, thyroid problems, hypertension, obesity, dyslipidemia, rheumatoid arthritis, polymyalgia rheumatica, gout, COPD, asthma, congestive heart failure, and more. Dr. Hernandez-Sanchez’s favorite parts of practicing medicine are building new relationships and making a difference in her patient's lives, sometimes in their most vulnerable moments.

Together, Dr. Hernandez-Sanchez and her patients create paths toward better health.
Hobbies & Interests
Outside of caring for patients, Dr. Hernandez-Sanchez loves spending time with family and friends, exercising, traveling, and getting to learn about different cultures and foods. She also enjoys learning new languages and dancing.
