Aaron Zlatopolsky, MD, is a graduate of the Renaissance School of Medicine at Stony Brook University in Stony Brook, New York, where he earned his medical degree in 2021. He remained in New York to complete his Otolaryngology residency at Albany Medical Center in 2026. Trilingual in English, Russian, and Yiddish, Dr. Zlatopolsky joined Kelsey-Seybold Clinic’s Otolaryngology department in September 2026.
Dr. Zlatopolsky comes from a long line of physicians in his family, with seven generations preceding him in the field of medicine. As an ENT physician, he strives to truly be there for his patients and their medical challenges such as hearing difficulty, vertigo, tinnitus, cholesteatoma, tympanic membrane perforation, Ménière's syndrome, deviated septum, sinusitis, rhinitis, nasal and airway obstruction, dysphonia, masses, tonsillitis, ear infections, and more. He also conducts Inspire device, cochlear, and bone conduction device implantations, as well as surgical procedures to address cholesteatoma and other conditions. Dr. Zlatopolsky’s favorite aspect of practicing medicine is being able to help patients overcome medical challenges and achieve their full potential.

With a goal of providing holistic, patient-centered care, Dr. Zlatopolsky connects to his patients on a personal level to truly understand who they are as individuals as well as their needs and health goals. With kindness and understanding, he offers treatment options and then empowers his patients to participate in shared decision making.
