Qualifications
Requirements for acceptance include a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and eligibility to complete Texas State Licensure within 90 days of the program start date. The candidate must be eligible for U.S. employment.
Application Process
The Kelsey-Seybold PGY-1 Managed Care Pharmacy Residency is accredited by the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP), and applicants must register through the ASHP Resident Match Program for consideration. All application materials should be submitted in PhoRCAS.

- All Professional Pharmacy Education Transcripts
- 3 Letters of Recommendation
- No more than one should be from a college faculty member unless they served as a direct preceptor or supervisor.
Application Deadline
December 28th, 2021
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis for initial screenings. Selected applicants will be contacted by January to set up an onsite interview.
