The Kelsey Pharmacy at our Katy Clinic location will be permanently closing on Friday, September 19. The last day to pick up or fill prescriptions at this pharmacy is noon on September 19. Any Prescriptions not picked up will be transferred to our nearby West Campus (formerly West Grand Parkway Clinic) pharmacy for pickup.
