Lake Jackson Clinic Announces Future Relocation to New, Expanded Facility
Houston, Texas (June 17, 2026) – Lake Jackson Clinic announced plans to relocate to a newly remodeled facility at 220 Grapevine Turn in Lake Jackson, less than two miles from its current location. The new clinic is scheduled to open in the first half of 2027 and is designed to expand access to care while supporting a more connected, coordinated patient experience.
“Our focus remains on making care accessible, personal and well-coordinated for our patients,” said Roland Prezas, D.O., F.A.A.F.P., managing physician, Lake Jackson Clinic. “The new space will make it easier for patients to get the care they need, when and where they need it, while strengthening how our team works together to support their health.”
Lake Jackson Clinic will open at just under 10,000 square feet. The one-story clinic is designed with built-in expansion capacity to add an additional 19,000 square feet over time to support future patient needs. The relocation of Lake Jackson Clinic reflects an ongoing commitment to provide convenient, high-quality primary care for patients in Lake Jackson and surrounding communities.
“This relocation allows us to grow with the Lake Jackson community while making care more convenient and connected for our patients,” said Stuart Cayer, senior director of ambulatory clinics. “By bringing services together in one place and planning for future growth, we’re helping ensure patients can access coordinated, high-quality care close to home, now and in the years ahead.”
Upon opening, the new Lake Jackson Clinic will offer family medicine and internal medicine services, providing comprehensive primary care for adults and children. The clinic is expected to open with up to five primary care providers and the capacity to add more care providers in the future.
Patients will continue to have access to on-site laboratory services, as well as basic diagnostic imaging, including new X-ray capabilities, on opening day.
The new clinic is designed to enhance the patient experience with efficient patient flow, expanded exam room space and flexibility to add services as community needs grow, improving both access and care coordination over time.Issa Zanayed, clinic administrator, said, “As many of our Lake Jackson patients already know, we’ve grown as much as we can in our current space.
