Kelsey-Seybold Announces New Clinic in South Shore Harbour
Clinic will expand access to coordinated, evidence-based care for League City residents
HOUSTON (June 09, 2022) - Kelsey-Seybold Clinic announced plans today to build a 15,000-square-foot clinic in League City. Kelsey-Seybold Clinic - South Shore Harbour will be located at 3625 East League City Pkwy, League City. A one-story clinic, South Shore Harbour will have room for up to seven providers and provide comprehensive care, including Family Medicine, Pediatrics, and Internal Medicine with plans to add OB/GYN, Dermatology, and other specialties. Once open, the clinic will replace the current South Shore location that reopened under the Kelsey-Seybold name in February 2022.
"South Shore Harbour is a vibrant community. We're happy to announce this new location that will offer expanded services to residents living here," said Tony Lin, M.D., Chairman of the Board and CEO, Kelsey-Seybold Clinic. "We've already seen tremendous growth at our current South Shore location, which we acquired only a few months ago. Building this new, standalone clinic will solidify our presence as a staple in the community."
The new clinic will expand access to coordinated, evidence-based care for those living and working in South Shore Harbour and in nearby communities, including League City, Clear Lake Shores, Dickinson, Baycliff, and Kemah. The new South Shore Harbour Clinic will offer access to on-site ancillary services, including laboratory, X-ray, ultrasound, and other imaging, and an extensive referral network for various Kelsey-Seybold specialists with offices at neighboring clinics.
"We're looking forward to bringing more of our model of coordinated, evidence-based care to South Shore Harbour and neighboring communities to broaden our services for new and current patients," said Kenneth Janis, M.H.A./M.B.A., Chief Operating Officer, Kelsey-Seybold Clinic. "This new clinic in South Shore Harbour is another way for us to help build on the high-quality care we provide in this community. It's a strategy we're bringing to many more communities and patients across the Greater Houston area."
The new South Shore Harbour location was designed by architects at Powers Brown Architecture. Gamma Construction is the general contractor for this project.
