​Adult Primary Care Options

Kelsey-Seybold Clinic offers several ways to make an appointment for adult primary care, as well as a number of care options.

In-Person Appointments

In-person adult primary care appointments are available at all of our clinic locations, and we welcome new patients. We accept more than 50 health insurance plans, including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and UnitedHealthcare. We also accept two Medicare Advantage Plans, KelseyCare Advantage and WellCare TexanPlus. See the complete list of health plans accepted by Kelsey-Seybold.

We also offer Saturday adult sick care appointments from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at four of our locations: Clear Lake Clinic, Ford Bend Medical and Diagnostic Center, Tanglewood Clinic, and Spring Medical and Diagnostic Center.

Scheduling an In-Person Appointment

We make it easy for you to schedule an appointment to see a Kelsey-Seybold primary care provider. If you’re already a Kelsey-Seybold patient with a MyKelseyOnline account, simply log in to MyKelseyOnline.com or use the MyKelsey app on your device to see available times and request an appointment. You can also call our 24/7 Contact Center at 713-442-0000 to request an appointment and to get help finding a doctor.

Virtual Video Visits

We also offer adult primary care through virtual Video Visits with Kelsey-Seybold providers. Anyone can make an appointment for a Video Visit regardless of whether you’re a Kelsey-Seybold patient, but you will need to enroll in MyKelseyOnline.com [link] before your appointment.

Video Visits are available for more than 50 medical conditions, including allergies, sinus infections, pink eye, back pain, and cold and flu. See the full list of conditions and symptoms that can be addressed during a video visit.

You can schedule a Video Visit during regular business hours or after hours – even on weekends and holidays!

  • Regular hours: Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • After hours: Monday – Friday, 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Weekends and holidays, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Cost: Please contact your health insurance provider for your Video Visit co-pay.

E-visits

Schedule an adult primary care E-visit for more than 20 medical conditions. An E-visit is a confidential online exchange with a Kelsey-Seybold provider. Answer some questions about your symptoms and a provider will contact you with a diagnosis and further care instructions within an hour – even after hours and on weekends and holidays!  

  • Regular hours: Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • After hours: Mon. - Fri. 6 p.m. - 9 p.m. Weekends and holidays, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Cost: If you’re not a member of a KelseyCare or KelseyCare Advantage health plan, there’s a $25 charge at the time of service. We’ll file a claim with your insurance provider, and you’re responsible for any remaining balance after your insurance plan processes the claim.
