Adult Primary Care In-Person Appointments

In-Person Appointments: Call our 24/7 Contact Center at 713-442-0000 to schedule an appointment with a Primary Care doctor or Specialist at a Clinic location near you. If you are experiencing any respiratory illness or COVID-19 symptoms, please conduct a Virtual Visit for your care.

Online Scheduling for In-Person Appointments: If you are an existing patient with an established MyKelseyOnline account you can schedule your next appointment online through MyKelseyOnline or the MyKelsey/MyChart App. 

Video Visits

Adult Primary Care Virtual Visits – Convenient Care Delivered by Kelsey-Seybold Providers: If you’re 18 years and older you can have a Video Visit for 50+ medical conditions. Many symptoms and conditions can effectively be treated virtually, including allergies, sinus infections, pink eye, joint and back pain, cold and flu symptoms, digestive issues, strains and sprains, diabetes care, care for chronic conditions, anxiety, and other acute, non-emergency medical needs.   • Hours: Monday – Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • After hours sick care: Mon. - Fri. 6 p.m. - 9 p.m.; Sat., Sun., and holiday hours to 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Cost: Your cost share for a Video Visit is based on your specific benefit plan.
  • Who can do a Video Visit? Any new or current Kelsey-Seybold Clinic patient. You'll need to enroll in MyKelseyOnline, for assistance please call our 24/7 Contact Center at 713-442-0000.

E-visits

KelseyCare and KelseyCare Advantage health plan members can conduct an E-visit with a provider for more than 20 sick or acute medical conditions.  

  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • After hours sick care: Mon. - Fri. 6 p.m. - 9 p.m.; Sat., Sun., and holiday hours to 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Cost: If you’re not a member of a KelseyCare or KelseyCare Advantage health plan, there’s a $25 charge at the time of service. We’ll file a claim with your insurance provider, and you’re responsible for any remaining balance after your insurance plan processes the claim.
  • Who can do an E-visit for non-COVID-19 symptoms?KelseyCare Aetna, KelseyCare Powered by Cigna, KelseyCare Advantage health plan members.
