Online Lab Results

There are two ways to get your lab results online:

MyKelseyOnline users can log into their account to view lab results.

MyTestResults.com

If you recently had lab or radiology tests at a Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, you were given a wallet-sized card with the access information and directions, in addition to a personal identification number (PIN) for that test.

To retrieve your test results, go to www.mytestresults.com. Be sure you have your wallet-size card with instructions and your medical record (chart) number found on the label at the bottom of the card.

This card will allow you convenient, secure access to your confidential lab and radiology exam results via the phone or Internet through our automated TELEVOX system. Please allow seven to 10 business days for your results to be posted.
