Sergio Jaramillo, MD, is a board-certified radiation oncologist who joined Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in April 2025. He earned his medical degree in 2015 from Baylor College of Medicine, where he also completed his Internal Medicine internship in 2016 and Radiation Oncology residency in 2020.

Dr. Jaramillo was drawn to medicine by his passion for science combined with a strong desire to work closely with people and help them through challenging times. He treats a wide range of cancers and benign conditions, including thoracic cancers, head and neck cancers, genitourinary tract malignancies, gastrointestinal tract cancers, osteoarthritis, and plantar fasciitis. Fluent in English and Spanish, Dr. Jaramillo is known for his attention to detail and thorough, patient-centered care.

Philosophy of Care

Dr. Jaramillo believes in a compassionate, patient-centered approach that always “goes the extra mile” for his patients. He treats every patient with the same care and respect he would expect for his own family, focusing on building trust, providing clear information, and supporting patients at every step of their journey.

Hobbies and Interests

Outside of work, Dr. Jaramillo enjoys watching sports, exercising, lifting weights, hiking, attending concerts, traveling, and spending quality time with his family.
