Dr. Renato Zuniga Rodriguez is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with more than 11 years of primary care and hospitalist experience. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree at Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos in Lima, Peru, in 2004 followed by his clinical internship at Hospital National Daniel A. Carrion, in Callao, Peru. In 2006, he completed two observerships, both in Philadelphia, at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and at Temple University Hospital. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston in 2010.

Dr. Zuniga Rodriguez has been practicing as a hospitalist in the Houston area for 10 years. He also practiced as a primary care physician at Partners in Primary Care. He joined Kelsey-Seybold in August 2021.

Dr. Zuniga Rodriguez enjoys soccer and racquetball and is interested in any social issues that influence the wellbeing of his patients.
