After earning her medical degree at Jordan University of Science and Technology in 2012, Nour Batarseh, MD, completed an internship at Al Istishari Hospital in Amman, Jordan. Relocating to the United States, Dr. Batarseh completed her Internal Medicine residency at Advocate Christ Medical Center/UIC in Oak Lawn, Illinois, in 2017, followed by an Endocrinology fellowship at Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis in 2019. She joined Kelsey-Seybold as an Endocrinologist in January 2023.
Dr. Batarseh was inspired to practice medicine by one of the best physicians she ever met – her own uncle. At Kelsey-Seybold, she sees patients with diabetes, thyroid, pituitary, adrenal, and bone diseases. She also works with patients on managing obesity. With a focus on education, Dr. Batarseh strives to help patients understand their disease and its effects to help them be more involved in their treatment. Her favorite part of practicing medicine is getting to know her patients and seeing their lives change for the better.
