Nneoma Ike, FNP-C, APRN, began her medical career as a nurse and clinical care manager, having earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2004 at the University of Massachusetts in Lowell. Nneoma then attended Chamberlain University in Illinois, completing her Master of Science in Nursing in 2019 to become a family nurse practitioner. She joined Kelsey-Seybold Clinic’s Family Medicine department in July 2025.
Her grandmother, known as a trailblazer in her community, inspired Nneoma to enter the field of healthcare. Nneoma is honored to serve as a nurse practitioner and is committed to working collaboratively with care teams in providing comprehensive, coordinated, and holistic care for her patients. She has expertise in managing a diverse range of health conditions for patients of all ages, offering primary care such as well checks and care for acute and chronic conditions. She has a particular interest in health promotion, patient education on lifestyle changes, and disease prevention for conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, congestive heart failure, asthma, COPD, and more. Nneoma’s favorite part of working with patients is seeing them make progress in reaching their health goals.
