With active listening and a focus on clear and empathetic communication, Dr. Phan involves his patients in every step of creating evidence-based, holistic care plans that consider each patient’s unique background, values, and preferences. He believes that accountability, respect, and transparency are the cornerstones of a strong physician-patient relationship.
