Dr. Whitney joined Kelsey-Seybold’s OB/GYN department in September 2026.

By selecting a career in medicine, Dr. Whitney honors her mother, an Oncology dietitian who showed her how impactful healthcare professionals can be in the lives of others. She offers comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care for patients, including management of pregnancy, preventive care, contraception, family planning, and treatment for pelvic pain, uterine fibroids, menopause, and ovarian cysts. Dr. Whitney also offers minimally invasive surgical procedures, including hysteroscopy, colposcopy, myomectomy, cystectomy, and hysterectomy and is certified on the DaVinci robotic surgical system. Her clinical interests center on preventive medicine, pregnancy care, and gynecological surgery. Dr. Whitney’s favorite part of being a physician is having the opportunity to develop long-term relationships with patients as they progress through their lives.

Dr. Whitney builds trust with her patients by listening to them and ensuring they understand all aspects of their care. With a patient-centered approach, she ensures that the OB/GYN care she offers is tailored to each unique individual she serves.
